What you can expect from us.

Our promise to you is that we will always do our very best to provide you a high quality service.  In particular we will:

  • Ensure that every cleaner we introduce to has been personally interviewed, and been through our referencing and identity checking process.
  • Always do our best to provide a temporary cleaner if your regular cleaner is unavailable and asks us to do so.  Please note we do not provide replacement cleaners unless asked to do so by the regular cleaner.
  • Reimburse you promptly for any period when we are unable to introduce a cleaner to provide the number of hours agreed.
  • Always reply promptly to our questions or messages.
  • Always do our best to resolve any issues or concerns you may have with your cleaner.
  • Introduce a replacement cleaner if you decide at any time you are not happy with your current cleaner.
